Paul Caswell - Black Belt

Paul Caswell is a black belt in BJJ and has been practicing martial arts since 1993. Paul brings 13 years of experience in BJJ and grappling specifically, the last 8 years of which have been spent training under Rodolfo. To support his time on the mats, Paul stays fit through calisthenics and kettlebell training. He has a strong passion for helping others to develop and improve, both on and off the mats. 

In his professional life, Paul is a teacher currently working in a specialist provision with 11-14 year old students with complex social, emotional, and learning needs. Outside of teaching and martial arts, Paul is also a devoted follower of sumo wrestling.
